1. Overview.
I'm committed to managing your GMB profile with the utmost care, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization to help improve your local SEO and online presence. These terms explain my responsibilities, your obligations, and the nature of my GMB management services.
2. Service Description
My GMB management service includes but is not limited to:
- Ensuring the accuracy of your business information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Hours, etc.)
- Optimizing your GMB profile with high-quality images, posts, and updates
- Managing and responding to customer reviews
- Monitoring and improving your local search performance
- Handling Q&A sections and customer inquiries
- Providing regular performance reviews and reports
Your Own Customer Portal
I act as an admin on your GMB profile, allowing us to make necessary updates, optimizations, and changes on your behalf. However, we will never post any content to your GMB profile without your explicit approval through your customer portal at https://profit.withopinion.com. This ensures that you maintain full control over what is shared publicly on your GMB listing.
3. Granting Access to Your GMB Profile
To provide these services effectively, you will need to grant me admin access to your GMB profile. As your admin, I will:
- Manage posts and updates on your behalf
- Optimize your business profile with accurate and up-to-date information
- Respond to customer reviews and questions
- Monitor GMB insights to ensure continuous improvement
You can revoke this access at any time, but doing so may result in a decrease in the effectiveness of my services.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely information needed for the ongoing management of your GMB profile, including:
- Granting me admin access to your GMB profile
- Responding to requests for updates or approvals within a reasonable time
- Keeping us informed of any changes to your business (e.g., address, hours of operation, new services)
- Approving any content we intend to post through your Customer Portal
5. Communication
We will communicate with you regularly to update you on the performance of your GMB profile and to notify you of any significant changes or opportunities. No content will be posted on your GMB profile without your prior approval via the customer portal or email.
6. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
You retain full ownership of your GMB profile. All data and information collected during the management of your GMB account are considered confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Service Limitations
While I strive to deliver excellent results through effective management of your GMB profile, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as exact search engine rankings, as these are influenced by many factors outside of my control. Additionally, I'm not responsible for any technical issues related to the Google My Business platform or any actions taken by Google that may affect your listing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, admin access to your GMB profile will be removed, and any pending tasks related to your GMB management will be discontinued.
9. Payment and Billing
Unless otherwise stated, this service is billed on a subscription basis after the free trial period ends. Fees are subject to the pricing plan you selected at the time of sign-up. If payment is not received on time, services may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
10. Liability
Opinion Marketing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from or related to the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any actions taken in the management of your Google My Business profile. Please note, I will not publish or post any content without prior approval from the client, and the client assumes responsibility for the approval of all content.
11. Agreement Updates
I may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our software and services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

Instructions for Granting Access

To grant me admin access to your GMB profile:Log in to your Google My Business account.
Navigate to the Users section.
Click the Invite New Users button.
Enter my email address: [email protected]
Assign the Admin role and click Invite.
Once I have access, I will begin optimizing your GMB profile. All posts and updates will require your approval through your customer portal at profit.withopinion.com before they are published.
